The Base system works on any screen size device, so when you log in, the layout will appear different, but you will still have access to all the functionality. This is known as responsive design, also used in your Flex real estate website.

The menu will look like this on your desktop computer or tablet:

On mobile you will have a more compact view like this:

We recommend this quick guided tour to take you through the main features of Base.

Timeline view

Central to the main dashboard view when you log in, is the timeline view. It shows updates from your office including new mandates, price changes, listings expiring, and other notifications. Here you will also see incoming leads and get notified of upcoming calendar events, such as viewings:

Quick links

On the left, you will have access to your general calendar, a centralized inbox that can automatically import leads from portals and office notice board

Quick universal search

The quick search allows for partial keyword searches across all your data. It will search across contacts, listings, and documents depending on your selection. For listings, you can search listing ref id, external portal ref id, street name, complex name, and suburb. For contacts, you can search by name, surname, email, and telephone number.

Quick capture

Click on new, and you can select between starting the capture of a new listing, contact, news items, or calendar activity:
