When you conduct a live guided virtual tour, the system will automatically deduct tour time from your account. Rather than charging you per tour, our unique live tour time is only deducted when you use the feature.
Live tour time is subtracted when both you and at least one guest are live.
Tour time deducted is unaffected by the number of guests in your guided virtual tour.
If your tour time runs out in a live guided tour, you won't be cut off unexpectedly, simply purchase more live tour time for your next virtual viewing.
When you purchase live tour time, it never expires and can be used when you require it.
Live tour time can be purchased on either the Free or Pro packages.
