The calendar on listings is a great way to keep track of all events related to that specific property mandate. This can include viewings done, show days and future reminders. These activity types can be configured by your administrator in settings.

Open any listing, click on diary, and you will be able to access a calendar specific to that listing. Here you can also switch between a calendar and timeline views:

Entries here will also be visible in your main consolidated calendar.

In the example below, we are capturing a new future viewing and linking the specific buyer. This for instance, provides a great way to keep track of all your viewings per listing.

Open the specific contact's calendar, and you will be able to see the viewing too as they are now cross-linked.

The listing calendar can also be used to capture on show details.
