In the event that you need to change the listing agent on a particular property, follow the steps below and keep in mind that only users with administration roles can make this change.

To change a listing agent on a property log into Base and follow these steps:

  • Open the listing

  • Go to Contacts

  • Start typing in the correct agents' name into the search

  • When it appears select it, then select the listing agent on the next dropdown

  • After doing that remove the incorrect agent and save the listing

The agent will now be changed to your selection.
