In the event that you need to change the listing agent on a particular property, follow the steps below and keep in mind that only users with administration roles can make this change.
To change a listing agent on a property log into Base and follow these steps:
Open the listing
Go to Contacts
Start typing in the correct agents' name into the search
When it appears select it, then select the listing agent on the next dropdown
After doing that remove the incorrect agent and save the listing
The agent will now be changed to your selection.
