Updating your profile photo
Once you are logged into Base with your own credentials simply click on the cogwheel on the right next to your name then select "My Profile"
Click "Upload Photo"
Navigate to your profile picture
Should the image not fit use the + and - and Crop image tools provided
then upload and save the profile
Preferred size 640 x 800px
Updating another user's profile photo as an Admin
If you have been assigned administration rights you are able to change the profile photos of other users in your office.
Follow the steps below to change a photo:
Log into Base with your Admin profile and simply click on the cogwheel then select "Settings"
Select Users
Search and the user you want to edit:
- Click "Upload Photo"
- Navigate to the profile picture
- Should the image not fit use the + and - and Crop image tools provided
- upload and save the profile
