Steps to Enable 2FA

  1. Log in to your account:
    https://account.entegral.net/

  2. Once logged in, click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select My Account.

  4. In the left-hand menu, click on Two-Factor Authentication.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Notes

  • You will be required to use an authentication app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

  • Make sure to save any backup codes provided during setup in a safe place.

  • Each time you log into the system, you will need to open your authenticator app and enter your username, password, and authentication code into the provided fields to complete the login process.

  • This enabled 2FA for both Vault and Base.

  • If You're Having Trouble Scanning the QR Code

If you're unable to scan the QR code using your current app:

    1. Try a different authenticator app from the list above.

    2. Sometimes the issue is specific to a certain app on iOS devices, and switching to another app often resolves it.

    3. Make sure the camera has the necessary permissions:

      • On iPhone: Settings > [App Name] > Camera > Enable.

      • Clean your camera lens and ensure the QR code is fully visible on your screen.

    Tracking who did what

Base keeps a detailed audit trail of changes made on listings and contacts in the system. This also includes tracking user logins and more. Review the audit trail here.
