To view lead contact information effectively, you must configure your email integration in Base. This ensures that enquiries from potential buyers are properly linked to Base.

2. Enable Base Listings Views Feature

For a comprehensive view of listing stats and enquiries, it is highly recommended to enable the Base Listings Views feature. This feature allows you to:

  • See detailed statistics on property performance.

  • Access a clear view of who made enquiries about a specific property.

Important: There is a one-time setup fee for enabling the Base Listings Views feature. Please contact the support team for more information on activating this feature.


3. Alternative Options If Base Listings Views is Not Set Up

If the Base Listings Views feature is not configured, you can still access lead stats and enquiries, but you will need to retrieve this data from external systems:

  • Property24: Use the Agent Zone to view stats and enquiries.

  • Private Property: Access insights through their insights system.
