No transfer duty - Property24
Below are the steps to enable the "No Transfer Duty" banner on P24 for both new development and non-new development listings.
For New Development Listings:
Open to the specific listing you want to update.
Click on Features within the listing.
Tick the New Development box.
Save
This will ensure the listing is labeled as a "New Development" on P24 and will feature a No Transfer Duty banner.
For Non-New Development Listings:
For listings that are not new developments, you’ll need to create and apply a tag instead.

How to Add Extra Information for Property24 (P24)
If you need to send additional information through to Property24, you can do this using the Extra tab on your listing.
Steps to Follow
Go to your property listing.
Click on the Extra tab (next to Description).
Under Field, select the relevant option from the dropdown:
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Security
Kitchen
Garden
Click Add.
Enter your text in the provided field.
Important Notes
Each entry is limited to 50 characters.
Keep descriptions short and clear (e.g., “Tiled”, “Carpeted throughout”, “Boomed gate”).
