Your Flex website allows you to highlight properties on the homepage. By default, the newest listings from Base appear here, but you can customize this by tagging specific properties.
How to select properties to be featured
Please note: You will need to have Office Administrator access to create the tag but all agents will have access to select which properties they would like to feature.

Once you have created the tag, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Base account,
Then open your preferred property listing that you would like to feature,
Select the "Description" module,
Click on General Tags and select "Featured Property"
Your listing will now feature on the home page and also have the featured tag on the individual details page.
Select up to 5 listings if you make use of the Starter Theme.
Select up to 9 listings if you make use of the Elegant, Bold, or Elevate Theme.
How to set a custom filter
You can request an update to change the filter criteria for your featured listings. We can apply filter rules on one or more listing fields including:
Status (e.g. only filter to show for sale listings)
Type (e.g. only showcase houses or commercial property)
Location (e.g. only show homes in Cape Town)
Price range (e.g. only show listings above a certain price range)
Beds, baths, land and building size, pets allowed, furnished, flatlet, pool
Filter on custom search fields or listing tags (e.g. only showcase homes marked with 'sea view' in your listing system)
This gives a lot of flexibility to do advanced filters, e.g. only feature farm listings for sale above 5,000,000 in Stellenbosch.
Listing order
The listing order can be set, e.g. price high to low.
Listing limits
The number of listings to show on your home page can also be adjusted, e.g. feature only the first 3 or 9 listings.
