Note: Only users with admin access are authorized to download the agent contact details.

Click on the cogwheel icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen. This will open the settings menu.

From the settings menu, select "Users." This will take you to the user management page.

Step 3: Navigate to Reports

On the left-hand side of the user management page, you'll find a navigation menu. Click on "Reports."

Step 4: Choose Download Format

In the Reports section, you will see various formats available for downloading the agent contact details, such as PDF and Excel.

Select your preferred format for the download.

Step 5: Initiate Download

Once you've selected the desired format, click the "Download" button.
