The tenant application module automates the process of capturing tenant application details and supporting documents on your Flex website and importing them into Base.
Once activated an 'apply online' link is integrated into all your rental listings, and the user is guided to capture all relevant details including supporting documents through a tenant wizard:

The application process will work on desktop and mobile, since Flex is responsive by design
Supporting documents of up to 20MB each is supported
Customisation options are available per country;
There is an option to add/remove fields;
The tenant receives an automated confirmation email once an application is submitted;
The rental agent and office receives the full application via email;
Import into Base
The application is automatically imported into Base as a lead contact. When you open the lead you will have access to the application form and documents. The form is linked to the tenant and relevant listing mandate.
Make sure you convert your lead into a contact, to make the tenant available in your contacts dashboard.
Tenant application notifications can also be integrated with external apps via the Base Zapier integration.
The tenant application module is an optional extra available on the Flex Standard and Premium packages.
