The default filter

Your featured properties section on Flex comes with a default filter to display your latest listings, similiar to this. It refreshes on set intervals.

Set a custom filter

You can request an update to change the filter criteria for your featured listings. We can apply filter rules on one or more listing fields including:

  • Status (e.g. only filter to show for sale listings)

  • Type (e.g. only showcase houses or commercial property)

  • Location (e.g. only show homes in Cape Town)

  • Price range (e.g. only show listings above a certain price range)

  • Beds, baths, land and building size, pets allowed, furnished, flatlet, pool

  • Filter on custom search fields or listing tags (e.g. only showcase homes marked with 'sea view' in your listing system)

This gives a lot of flexibility to do advanced filters, e.g. only feature farm listings for sale above 5,000,000 in Stellenbosch.

Listing order

The listing order can be set, e.g. price high to low.

Listing limits

The number of listings to show on your home page can also be adjusted, e.g. feature only the first 3 or 9 listings.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Customised filters and listing limits are available on the the Flex Standard and Premium Packages.
