As a Base user, you can customize notification alerts for your property mandates. We take a look how with the steps below.

If you are an office administrator navigate to settings and select customize where you will be able to set two notifications:

The two settings can help your agents take proactive action on mandates.

You can also enable a profile to receive all the notifications alerts (usually on an admin profile)

  • Click the cogwheel

  • Settings

  • Users

  • Edit and Integrations

A sample of the dashboard notification can be seen below. The action button will take the user to the listing.

Configurable timeframes for notifications can be set under settings and selecting customize:
