Once you have logged into your Base account you are able to apply filters to the listings landing page and reports.
How to apply filters to the listings landing page
Click on the listings icon in the menu
Then click on the filter top left hand side
Now select between sale type, status, mandate & property type, agent, or even price ranges and hit apply.
How to apply filters to a report:
To draw a report using the filters click on the listings icon in the menu
Next click on the reports heading on your left-hand side
Select the listings - based on filter criteria report
Click on the report filter (under the heading)
Using the drop-downs to sort accordingly then click apply
The report will then generate only featuring what you selected on the filters
Note: it does take a few seconds to generate the report
