While office administrators will receive your Flex general enquiries, you can also select additional users to be copied in the enquiry.
Open the particular user under settings / users.
Click the integrations tab.
Tick the 'receives flex website general enquiries' box.
Any new enquiries received will be copied to this user's Base inbox and email address (as captured in the user's profile in Base).
