Users configured as Office Administrators in Base, will by default each receive general Flex enquiries (general contact us, valuation request, tenant applications or other custom forms). Property and agent lead enquiries will only go to the particular agent(s).
You can override who receives general enquiries by going to a user profile and setting the Flex general enquiries checkbox:
Open the particular user under settings / users.
Click the integrations tab.
Tick the 'receives flex website general enquiries' box.
Any new enquiries received will be copied to this user's Base inbox and email address (as captured in the user's profile in Base).
Please note: Users marked as office administrators will no longer be copied, so apply the same setting to other users that need to receive the general enquiries.
