When creating a contact in Base, you have the option to list the contact as either an individual, or as a company.
You will typically list the company's details and add a main contact number, for example ABC Company:
Capture the name of the company and it's general contact details like office number and email address. Assign an owner (agent) to the contact and add your Company contact in an appropriate Pipeline. Click on save.
Once your Company contact has been created, you can link individuals to this company or add a new contact:
