Sales Progress Report (Beta)

The new Sales Progress Report allows agents to generate professional seller reports showing listing performance, lead activity, marketing statistics, and overall property progress.

Important Requirements for Accurate Reporting

For the report to display complete and meaningful data, certain features must first be enabled and used within Base.

Enable Listing View Tracking

To display listing performance statistics such as:

  • portal views,

  • website views,

  • and marketing performance,

The office must enable:

  • Base Views, and

  • Email Lead Integration

Without these integrations, some graphs and statistics may appear incomplete or unavailable.

Email Lead Integration

Lead statistics shown in the report are generated from incoming lead emails processed through Base.

This allows the report to display:

  • portal leads,

  • lead sources,

  • enquiry activity,

  • and lead trends over time.

Please note:

  • lead and view statistics may update at different times depending on the portal,

  • and some portals only sync view data once or twice daily.

Diary Entries in Progress Reports

Agents can now include diary activities and communication updates directly inside the Sales Progress Report.

This allows sellers to see:

  • follow-ups completed,

  • buyer feedback,

  • show days,

  • marketing actions,

  • and communication history related to the listing.

How to Include Diary Entries

When creating or editing a diary item, users can enable:

Include in Progress Report

Once enabled, the diary entry may appear inside the generated seller report.

This helps create a more complete and professional seller feedback experience.

Report Features

Depending on enabled integrations and available data, the report may include:

  • Listing performance statistics

  • Portal views

  • Lead activity

  • Website statistics

  • Days on market

  • Property details

  • Agent details

  • Seller communication updates

  • Diary activity entries

  • Marketing progress information

Important Notes About Statistics

Some portals update data more frequently than others.

For example:

  • Listing views from portals may be delayed before they are reflected.

  • while lead emails may appear immediately once received by the parser.

Because of this, temporary differences between:

  • listing views,

  • lead counts,

  • and portal statistics

may occasionally occur until all portal data has fully synced.

Beta Feature

The Sales Progress Report is currently released as a Beta feature.

Additional improvements and refinements are planned, including:

  • enhanced chart displays,

  • improved layouts,

  • additional statistics,

  • and expanded reporting functionality.
