Overview:
Our team has introduced an update to Base to ensure that tasks associated with canceled deals are automatically removed from the task board. To enable this functionality, you need to configure your pipeline settings.
Steps to Configure Your Pipeline for Canceled Deals:
Access Pipeline Settings:
Log in to Base.
Navigate to Settings in the main menu.
Customize Your Pipeline:
Select Customize and then choose Pipelines.
Locate the pipeline you want to update and click Edit.
Set the Milestone for Canceled Deals:
Find the Milestone for Canceled Deals option.
Use the dropdown menu to select Canceled as the milestone.
Save Your Changes:
Click Save to confirm your updates.
Effect of the Update:
Once configured, any tasks linked to current or future canceled deals will automatically be removed from the task board.
To locate your canceled deal, navigate to Deal Tracker > Deals. Click on Select Filter, and when the pop-up appears, choose the pipeline and the Canceled milestone.
