You can Set up email forwarding within webmail for your email account either within the webmail client or you can email our support team.
Access your email account through webmail
Log in by using your username (for example, jsmith@yourdomain.com) and email password.
Click the Settings link in the upper-right corner.
4. Click the Incoming Email tab on the left-hand side of this box.
5. To the right, click the Forwarding tab.
6. Click the On option for Status.
7. Check the box next to Save a copy of forwarded email.
8. Enter the email address to which you want to forward the email in the Forward to field.
9. Click Save.
Note: Allow at least 15 minutes after setup for the forward to be fully enabled.
