How do I update my contact details for my office or agents?

Your Flex website can be powered by Entegral Base or external systems. The listings and contact details you see on your website are controlled via these external listing systems, so you need to update your contact details there. It normally takes around 15 minutes before the update reflects on your website.

My office location on the contact page map part, doesn't reflect my business location or name

Flex uses your physical address on Google Maps to pinpoint your office. In some cases it could struggle matching your entered location, check the exact street name or building name matches up. Another way around this, is to prefix your office name in front of the physical address, as we've done here. For this to work, you need to ensure you have a Google MyBusiness profile page and that the name matches.

Can I configure my telephone numbers to show international dialling codes?

Your website will by default show your local contact number e.g. 082 111 1111 but you can opt to show your international dialing code on all numbers e.g. +27 82 111 1111.
