The MyProperty Marketplace provides a range of new features for estate agents to enhance their exposure on the portal and social media channels. It aims to connect consumers with leading professional estate agents in their areas. You are the brand, and we'd love to help you stand out and be the 1st choice for consumers looking to connect with an estate agent.

This includes the ability to enhance your profile with credentials, languages spoken, bio, services offered, your primary area of operation and even a way to display a verified FFC badge like this:

You can create and update neighbourhood profiles that are perfect to showcase their expertise and which are integrated throughout the portal. You can update it anytime with current market information that is prominently displayed in relevant areas:

Access and plans

  • You will need to have a current profile (i.e. listings are on MyProperty).

  • Click here to access or register. Use your email address associated with your MyProperty listings.

  • Access the live help on the app if you have questions or need assistance.

  • Free, Starter and Premier packages are offered. All plans work on a month-to-month subscription and payment can be done via credit card.

FAQ

  • How long does it take for my profile or neighbourhood updates to reflect on the portal?

    Allow up to 60 minutes for your updates to reflect everywhere.

  • How do I promote my listing if I am on the Premier plan?

    If you are on the Premier plan, you can promote one new listing on the MyProperty social channels every month. Send through your listing number on the live help or email us support@myproperty.com.na

  • How does payment work?

    You can pay via credit card. A subscription is activated and you will be charged the same amount every month. You can change your plan or cancel at any time.

  • Will I get more exposure on the paid Starter and Premier plans?

    That's the idea yes, we feature your profile on key area throughout the portal depending on your plan. While it is still early days, our team is busy building exciting new tools to further help you stand out.
