When you load a new property listing or do any updates on existing listings, the updates are queued for your own Flex website and property portals.

Listings normally update within 15 min.

We use aching to provide optimal uptime and performance of websites (since 2018 the Flex platform achieved a remarkable 100% uptime).

Within Base, you can open a direct link to your website listing by clicking on the refence number hyperlink:

If you update Flex through your own listing system and not Base, the frequency of updates might be controlled by your listing system (e.g. once every hour or day) but Flex will still process any updates witin 15min.
