How do I update my phone number?
Log in to your Webmail account
In the top-right corner, click the account’s username and then select Update Phone.
Select South Africa and Enter your phone number, and click Save.
After your phone number has been updated, you will receive a six-digit verification code that confirms your number.
How do I change my Email password if I forgot it?
Click here
Enter your email address
Enter the phone number associated with your account
Enter the 6 digit verification code received on SMS
After verifying your account type in a new password
Click Reset and log into your account with your updated password
Don't forget to also update your password on any email programs you use on your computer or phone.
