How to Add FAQs to Your Flex Website Using MyProperty Marketplace

Adding FAQs to your Flex website is quick and allows you to create a helpful, SEO-friendly knowledge section for your visitors.

Step 1: Access Your Marketplace Workspace

  1. Ensure you have an active MyProperty Marketplace profile.

  2. Sign in to MyProperty Marketplace. You can sign in here https://myproperty.market/

  3. Click on Content — this will open your Workspace.

Your Marketplace workspace will already be set up with the necessary tables for your FAQ section.


Step 2: Add a New FAQ Entry

  1. Click on Tables, select the FAQ table, and then Records.

  2. Select Add Row.

  3. Complete the following fields:


Field Breakdown

Category

  • The main grouping for your FAQ

  • Examples: Buyer, Seller, Landlord

  • (Pre-configured during workspace setup)

Term

  • A short keyword or phrase to label the FAQ

  • Example: Transfer Duty Payable

Question

  • The full question as it will appear on your website

Answer

  • A clear, helpful response to the question

URL

  • The page URL for the FAQ

  • Structure:

    faq/category/question-separated-by-dashes
  • Example:

    faq/buyer/transfer-duty-payable

Author

  • The name displayed with the FAQ

  • Options:

    • A specific person (e.g. Principal Agent)

    • Your company name

  • (Author profiles, including image and bio, are set up during workspace creation)

Highlight

  • Used for styling on your Flex website

  • Highlights (bolds) part of the question for better readability

  • Example:

    • Question: How much transfer duty is payable when I sell my home?

    • Highlight field: transfer duty

  • ⚠️ Must match the wording in the question exactly


Step 3: Save and Publish

  1. Click Save once all fields are completed.

  2. Your FAQ will automatically sync to your Flex website.

⏱️ Please allow a few minutes for the update to reflect on your site.

  • Keep answers concise and easy to understand

  • Use natural language for better SEO performance

  • Group FAQs logically using categories

  • Highlight key terms to improve scannability
